  1. Raspberry peach puree

  2. Simple syrup

  3. Lemonade

Peach Plum Rose Tarts

  1. Pastry:

  2. 1 batch easy flakey pie dough, or store-bought puff pastry

  3. Fruits:

  4. 2 large plums, thinly sliced

  5. 2 large peaches, thinly sliced

  6. Or: Apples, Pears, Apricots or Strawberries

  7. 1/4 cup of Apricot Jam

  8. Confectioner’s sugar for dusting
